By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website or products contained within this website.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the information contained in this website is accurate and reliable, however no liability can be accepted for any error or omission. PM International Ltd may make changes to the information contained within this website at any time.
Prices are given in British Pounds and do not include VAT.
All products sold by PM International Ltd are covered by a 'Return-to-Base' Warranty valid for 12 months from the delivery date. Products returned under this warranty will be repaired unless BER (Beyond Economic Repair), in which case the product will be replaced. This warranty does not cover damage or failure of the product due to incorrect use or improper installation.

Standard delivery is to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland (excluding Northern Ireland); this excludes PO Box addresses.
We currently use a next-day courier service to deliver to you and they require a signature on delivery. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on;
- i) our stock availability,
- ii) your delivery address,
- iii) when you make your selection, and
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification. You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.
It is the customer's responsibility to report all lost boxes online within 7 days. Customers are obliged to comply with our couriers' (UPS) claim compensation process. Failure to comply with this processes, as amended from time to time, will result in no refund.
We reserve the right to refuse orders if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the deliver service in your area is too unreliable.
Your products from Light Symphony should arrive in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase or delivery please contact Light Symphony using our on-line form on the ‘Contact Us’ page. We will then arrange either a replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, and the product must be retained for inspection.
Refunds can only be dealt with via the company procedure, please contact us via the on-line form on the ‘Contact Us’ page or call us.
Limitation of Liability.
To the full extent allowed by law, PM International Ltd also excludes for itself and its suppliers any liability for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages of any kind, or for loss of revenue or profits arising out of or in connection with the sale, installation, maintenance, use or failure of its products.
